The latest version of the program brings with it a lot of improved features that will make it far easier to complete an edit without round-tripping to Photoshop. For example, one of the most useful improvements is the ability to now create an infinite number of edits using the clone and heal tools on a single layer (without decreased performance), crucial for retouching.
